I’m a personal trainer, nutritionist, wife and busy mum of two boys who are on the go 24/7. We have a gorgeous little cockapoo called Rosie and I spend any free time I can get outside keeping active.
I started my adult life working in sales, out on the road, covering the country day to day. This meant living out of my car, eating out or reaching for convenience foods most days. I had to learn the hard way that if I wanted to keep my weight under control, I needed to understand the value of food and how it impacted on me and my sedentary lifestyle.
I tried every “diet” going – Weight Watchers, Slimming World, keto, fasting….. and don’t get me wrong, with every diet I lost a ton of weight – but I was frustrated that once I stopped dieting and returned to normal life, I just piled the weight back on.
The solution was a combination of consistent, effective training, and a nutritional, balanced diet. I developed a love of healthy eating and structured training, which began a lifelong passion for health & fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
My approach is to become your personal trainer, nutritionist, mentor and cheerleader. I’ll be with you every step of the way! I’m not going to promise you any quick fixes, but I’m here to help you identify and achieve your fitness goals, whether you want to get leaner, stronger, bulk up, or slim down.
I’ll create a bespoke training programme designed specifically for you, thoughtfully designed to fit around your lifestyle, existing commitments, training preferences and food likes and dislikes.
