Julie was reluctant to change her diet at first, thinking it was probably something she wouldn’t enjoy and so wouldn’t see through to the end.
We began her programme by simply logging foods, so we could see where Julie might be going wrong. It quickly became clear that the few treats Julie allowed into her diet had a far higher calorie content than she first thought! They weren’t of huge importance to Julie’s daily diet so they were fairly easy to cut right down.
We also decided to add one workout a week into her usual training routine of 3 high cardio and 1 personal training session. We very quickly saw results! By the end of the programme Julie lost a total of 13kg.
I feel like Amanda has pressed the reset button on my life! I am in my mid/late 40’s and I am the fittest and healthiest I have ever been thanks to her commitment, knowledge and motivation. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you Infinity 8
