Marianne joined the programme when she was already training 4 or 5 times a week. She knew she had to fix her nutrition to see improved results from all her hard work.
Once Marianne got started, we also identified that she wasn’t doing as much strength-focused training as she needed to be, and was actually doing too much cardio to achieve her goals. I developed a programme with some small tweaks to Marianne’s weekly training schedule, combined with home workouts and a food plan, and she has lost just over a stone.
